Merton Park Baptist Church is a growing mixed age and race congregation whose goal is to worship God through serving Christ, sharing faith and shaping lives. We are a Bible-believing, evangelical people who like a contemporary feel to our services and offers a warm welcome to all visitors.
The Church was formed in 1928 to serve Christ in a new and developing residential area and has always had good links with the local community. We currently attract people from a wide area but maintain a close family atmosphere within the church fellowship. We strive to love and care for each other and be supportive of one another wherever possible.
Our church building is located within walking distance of Merton Park tram stop, with bus 164 stopping outside the door and buses 152 & 163 just a few minutes walk away in Kingston Road, Wimbledon Chase. Wimbledon Chase train station is also just a couple of minutes walk away. The church has its own car park available for church users accessed from Botsford Road.
